The schools have lowered expectations of children.
CNN has short stories because people have short attention spans.
A progress trend to idolizing stupidity to the point
where being intelligent or smart would be frowned upon.

I was flipping through the channels the other day, and end up at this show where theres a robot and a caveman dancing together doing some corny rap song, then I flip to the next channel and some guy is talking about bowel movements, baby poop and some pills he's selling to clean out your system, then I flip to E! and you know it's only a matter of seconds before they spit out some new stupid celebrity couple hybrid name... I'm paying $100 a month to see this shit?!....

By what measure are you determining the country's collective I.Q.?...Technological advances? Breakthroughs in medicine? Space travel?...Or by the length of news segments on CNN?
