f*cking LACK of f*cking SLEEP!!! WTF is wrong w/ me lately? I'm sitting here earlier watching tv, noodling around on the net, falling asleep in my chair like somebody's grandma for about an hour
I finally get my punk ass up, shut all this shit off & crawl into bed... where I'm unable to fall asleep!!! I even got up & took a fucking sleeping pill!!! And I'm still up 3 fucking hours later trying to bore myself enough to drop off (hence my coming here, hee hee )... But seriously - WHAT THE FUCK??? I love sleep, it's wonderful - why doesn't it love me back??

Calhoun,
Try exercising, then taking a warm shower ... Wrap yourself in something soft and snuggle down. Have a cup of chamomile (sp) tea. Have on some relaxing music. No prince for this experiment. Try some melodic jazz or classical music. Sleep loves me so much it comes to get me when I'm not even expecting it! I hope (s)he'll love you just as much very soon!! ((sleeptightHUGG)) JadaKaye

I have sunday-night insomnia.
When I go to bed sunday-night (quite late already, I have to wake up really early) I start thinking 'well, I better fall asleep quickly, to make a good start!' and 'I hope I hear my alarm in the morning' and then I'm all So I start my week quite tired

do you think she would know? Shamefully dear, I wish I could give you some of my ability to sleep, because I can sleep in seconds anywhere at any time. sorry about your resless soul. News: Prince pulls his head out his ass in the last moment.
Bad News: Prince wasted too much quality time doing so. You have those internalized issues because you want to, you like to, stop.

Ever tried drinking warm milk with lots of honey, before you go to bed? I believe milk contains some things (can't remember the exact name for it ) that make you feel content, happy, serene. The same with honey, but just milk should do as well.
But the most important thing is that your mind is rested, meaning that you should 'process' all the ongoing things before you go to bed. Take a moment aside, alone and quiet, to think about 'stuff' and sort them out. That's why people lay around awake, because there's too much on their mind... Either that, or you're just not tired of course [Edited 1/31/06 1:00am]
