The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp.

If it's someone I know, first I ask if they're okay. If they are, then I laugh. If it's someone I don't know, I sort of watch to see if they're okay and then once I walk away I laugh. giggle

I fell on my ass at work once when the my chair rolled out from under me--in front of all our new summer interns. Very embarassing but I laughed at myself. What else can you do when it happens? shrug

Go one better and fall out of a 30 storey window biggrin You'll be laughing 'til you piss your pants falloff

Thanks for the advice--maybe I'll try that when our new intern starts tomorrow. wink

btw...sorry for the blank post, my internet went out for a minute...

there are times when seeing someone do a classic feet up, butt down on the ground is comical in an elemental way, but generally i try not to laugh until i'm sure no one got hurt.

Spats

Last year i was at the movies with a friend and this girl came out with her boyfriend and they were doing all the kissy face crap and she tripped and fell flat on her face. I have to admit that me and my friend laughed.
