Just read about this in The Stranger, a great Seattle weekly newspaper. The rules:

Gather a group of friends together and watch an episode of "24". Anytime someone says, "NOW!", you all drink. Whenever Kiefer says it, you must double-drink.

We used to watch the old version of "How the Grinch stole Christmas" as a drinking game. Every time they said who you drank. Boy did we get hammered!
