My mouth hurts This gum surgery was so nasty. I had to keep my eyes closed so I wouldn't see anything. The only time I do open them and I see the scissors coming into my mouth and then I hear a huge gurgling sound from the suction thingy sucking up pieces of my gums 
I've taken the vicodin but it's making me nautious and I can't take anymore. Advil ain't doin shit so it looks like I'm gonna hafta do it the ol' fashioned way and rub the whiskey on my gums tonight as I'm drinking it. I never hated the dentist until now. | |

My bosses' wife just had gum surgery recently. I can imagine that it would not be a fun thing to have to go through. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you. | |

Oh- I am so sorry to hear about your gum surgery. I can handle any kind of pain and needles anywhere except my mouth!! 
I have to go for my 3rd visit to have my permanent crown put on Tuesday. The first visit they were worried that I was going to pass out or have a heart attack in the chair. Took 3 shots to numb where they needed to work.. 2nd trip to see how the temp crown was doing & pull it off was not as bad. They kept me waiting in the chair way too long- made the anxiety worse. I had some lengthening and gum work done the 1st visit. I am getting sweaty just thinking about Tuesday! One of the worst part is going back to work & answering the phone with a numb tongue & lips. I feel for you~~ My son goes in feb 8th to have 4 molours removed,,he is just thrilled.

At least you havent been to a bastid dentists in Poland Carrie..
OMG you wanna know details? It was like a fucking badly looked after vets! The guy who had been in before me had 4 teeth pulled - how did I know? cos they were still in the sink and there was blood up the walls. I had to pretend I couldnt speak so I would get the treatment free, and I got a tooth pulled, but I was so scared he was gonna take the wrong one! The screams I heard from the guy before.. well dayum, and he was a strong strapping lad too. So when it was my turn and he pulled my tooth, no fucking numbness or anaesthetic, just yank, I thought he was gonna pull my mouth off. My scream was so loud, my sister ran in nand screamed at him, I really thought she was gonna punch him, and my uncle who is Polish (and who told me not to worry) was pacing back and forwrads down the corridor, like he was expecting a baby! i was coughing blood all night, but when I got back to my relatives after, I was in so much pain, they just gave me a bottle of vodka to drink and insisted I go out clubbing to take my mind off it.
Well actually it kinda worked
