One month I actually FORGOT to pay my rent

The other day I mailed some letters, forgot the postage went up by $.02 so I guess all my shit is gonna come back to me, be late, have fees, etc

Sometimes I don't know where my head is at When I forget shit like this I feel so... "junior"

Real grown folks don't do shit like that... do they?

Sounds like ur busy. On a serious note, I am not a procrastinator, and I'm up with everything, only because I HATE dealing with things out of control. My finances (and my family) are about the only things in life I take serious. Other than that, screw everything else

As for the news, I watch it sometimes, not every day. I do usually read the paper almost every day and try to keep up with current events.
So, don't feel "junior", it's a bitch and a pain in the butt to be an adult at times. Makes me wish I could go back to being a kid. And to think I used to not be able to wait to be an adult.

I act like a complete child in the presence of my parents, I keep slipping into that role without meaning to! I hate it.

I like to stay "on top" of everything that way I get thrown no curve balls in this game called life.

I wouldn't say you sound too busy, because mentally I am always reworking somethings in my graymatter, but I make sure to work in required life things. You sound more distracted. However, I don't equate my ability to self regulate as being adult. Moreover I see it as increasing my ability to be child like.

damn...i forget important stuff all the time. i don't think that i've ever forgetten the rent because money stuff freaks me out but i'm not the best at any kind of maintenance. my car had to run down to the ground before i got around to changing the transmission fluid. hell, it had to run down into the ground before i got around to learning that cars even had transmission fluid!

and forget about keeping a schedule. everyone at school has their test dates written in all neatly and what not. not me!

so yeah...sometimes i feel like a disorganized baby.

Gaming consoles aren't my thing. I buy PC games. That way I don't have to buy a whole new system just to upgrade. Maybe just buy a new processor and sell the old one.

With PC games, you can go to some file sharing site and d.l them with no problem. That's how my brother used to get some games he wanted, but was too cheap to buy them for a game system.
