 Nick is my favorite, too! He cracks me up with his sense of humor, and he's confident without being arrogant or mean to the others.
I also like Chloe. Andre strikes me as being a bit "out there", especially when he fell apart on the 2nd (?) assignment and started crying and speaking in this theatrical fake-British accent. 
Santino is an overly arrogant, defensive little bitch ("you only won because they didn't want to give me two in a row"  ). He's talented, but not consistently so, and since his personality doesn't make up for it, that talent won't take him far enough, imo.  | |

I was diggin' Santino until the 2nd episode when he showed his unbelievable ARROGANCE His shit isn't even that good - his first few were nice but he's been a fucking mess ever since. They've given him so many chances, I kinda hope he'll blow them off again this week & get the fucking BOOT
