It's so frustrating when things like this happen. Hopefully letting off a little steam here and getting such love and funny support helps.

I'm sorry to hear that Fantasy. 
My neice's ex did that to her and told her that he would give her 1000 dollars when she could have gotten 3-4000 on her own. Such friggin audacity!!! He will pay though. She can prove that he has been paying child support establishing the fact that their daughter lives with her not him. Pretty stupid. Fortunately our tax guy says that she can file and get her money anyway and they will tear into his ass for fraud in about 6 months. It seems like a long time but by then, it will catch him off guard. Shake....shake, shake, shake. | |

It seems like a long time but by then, it will catch him off guard. thanks. my tax guy told me i could still get my money too, we'd just have to refile and mail it in with the court decision showing that i get tax credit. so, instead of getting my money this friday or next it'll be about a month, maybe more. it's just caused such a hassle. i still can't believe he could be so stupid to think he'd get away with this.  at least i dont have to depend on him to pay child support. they started taking that out of his paycheck as soon as the permanent order was established, seeing as how he hadn't bothered to pay any support for the 6 months the temporary order was in effect. | |
