so, my tax guy filed my taxes friday night, and i been happy all weekend. thanks to earned income credit i'm expecting back $4000, which i desperately need asap seeing as how i can't pay my util bill this month, and i got bills to pay off. he filed it all electronically, so i expected to have it back in one to two weeks.

my tax guy just called me and said there was a problem with it. apparently someone has already filed their taxes and claimed my daughter as a dependent. the only person who knows her SSN is her goddamn lowlife bastard of a father!!!!



what really gets me is the jerk took me to court in November '04 to establish visitation, lower child suppport, and determine tax credit. he GAVE me the right to tax credit!! i have legal documentation showing that i have the right to claim my daughter, as i am providing over half of her support! now all that jerkoff has done is delay money that i desperately need to pay some bills! now i'm gonna have to get the document from my lawyer (if i can't find my copy) go back to my tax man, and we have to mail in a paper form. it'll be about a month before i see any money.

i just want to that bastard!! he hasn't seen his daughter since May, then he has the balls to pull a stunt like this!!!!!

ok, that sucks ass, im not gonna even try to sugar coat that


but, when they see that he was in the wrong, do you know what kind of punishment he gets ????

wow, That's really f'd up Fantasy. I hate it when assholes like this play these games without regard to how it affects others especially his own daughter. I have a daughter from a previous relationship who thankfully I've been able to be involved in her life as much as humanly possible (she's living with me now). I couldn't imagine a life without her.

If it was court appointed what he has done amounts to fraud..... if he cashed that check and can't immediatly repay in 30 days...they will dock his check hard.... he is about to get his in spades.

usually if there is a change on who is claiming a dependant from one yr to the next U can not file electronicly... he may have not claimed her for taxes but the stinkn IRS system will kick back a claim if things are not matching... i went through this yrs ago when the father of my older girls took it upon himself to claim them w/o any legal docs... i had to go through an audit and prove that i provided more then have of their support based on the lill monthly childsupport he was giving me... it took me 2 yrs after that was cleared up before i could file electronily again...
