its funny how some want to stereotype a "stiutaion" w/o knowing situations and want to add "all" woman that mybe n this situation as stupid and uneducated... i have 3 daughters 2 by 1 man and the other by my last marraige... i make a good living and i am very educated... just because a relationship does not work out and a child happens to come from the relationship does not mean that "all" women have a child to keep a man... now days more woman are smarter and get the hell outta bad relationships and move on with their lives.... most woman that do have sense are not looking for a man to take care of their children or them..... so if U chose not to get involved that is ur choice ... but to categorize "all" women do it for 1 reason then i think U all need to look n the mirror for self reflection.....
If U don't know someone with Autism....... U will...... April is Autism awareness month.... please get involved....

The original question was "several" different fathers...to me, that's more than two, which is fine. But when I see young, single moms with four, five(sometimes six) kids with multiple fathers, the alarm goes off. I want no part of that mess.

Whether or not there's something wrong with it all depends on the individuals in the situation. You can't make broad statements about something like this, because every story is going to be different.

the thing about this thread and the Food Stamps one is that folks really aren't saying what they truly feel. Some people have huge issues with people on welfare, period and folks have issues with dating women with children multiple fathers or not, period. It shows. It all makes me pretty sad but we all have our things that we get pretty judgemental about, myself included. I'm sure my stances on abortion and other issues would piss people off.
