hi
i dont post on here that regularly. i just wanted to share an account of my day today. I have suffered from clinical depression for 2 years, most notably the past 7 months have been particularly dark.

today for the 1st time in since i can remember i had a good day! i actually felt that i deserved to be alive and that there is some hope.

I went to my friends sisters house today to help install her internet and computer. I got on so well with her. we shared a deep love of music and liked many similar artists. i never met anybody who liked music i did before! she showed me some lyrics she had wrote (she composes and sings). i thought about her all day then when i got home tonight, i went on MSN and spoke to my friend and she invited me into her and her sister converstaion. she left at 11:30pm and her sister and i continued to talk until 1:30 am. she said she didnt want to go but had to be up at 7 to take her child to play group.

We talked about so much. i felt alive and could have talked all night. it was such a good day. just wanted to tell someone about it.

I know I don't know you but I'm really happy for you...

thanks everyone! i cant sleep, today has got me wired. its like somebody woke up my body 2day. think its trying to put of gettin' ready for the crash though, its like a pair of warm pyjamas.
