as i am currently going through some fucked up shit right now too, i will tell you i get angry - VERY angry, i cry - ALOT, i try to write (does this really help ?), i lay around and do nothing for awhile - and i do mean NOTHING
and then i get angry again... and that second time of being angry usually pushes me over the edge, makes me feel like im NOT going to give in to whatever it is that is troubling me and then i get up, take a deep breath, have a good hot shower and face my troubles head on
