i like my street. it's small and fairly quiet, and the buildings are pretty.

the neighbors in my building are another story. loud people suck.

Being happy doesn't mean that everything is perfect, it means you've decided to look beyond the imperfections... unknown

i love it. its not too quiet and not too loud. the boys school is across the street and i can look out the window and watch them go to school or too the corner store. the park is next to the school. during the summer the kids get free lunch and breakfast from the school so i don't always have to cook. there are plenty of stores, laundry and a dentist all in walking distance. there is a church across the street and a church on the corner. there is a little bit of drug dealing but that has toned down. the only thing is that i wish there was a grocery store like a Jewels or dominicks. the corner store's meat is not up to par barf but that might change since there are a lot of condos being built in my area.

Your street? Your neighbors? Your location?

Would you leave if you had the chance?

my street? well...I call it a road but..yes I love it.

my neighbors? what neihbors? lol actually I have 3 neighbors, all very quiet and nice, hardly ever see or hear from them.

my location?
I am about 20 minutes from a super wal-mart/target/grocery store. about 30 to 40 minutes from a decent mall, 30 minutes from work (2 traffic lights) and about an hour and a half to the nearest real city (Boston)
Leave if I had the chance? No, Although I think I could easily live with in a village environment, I don't think I'd transition well into a city environment. The city is a nice place to visit for me biggrin

My neighborhoods cool, but a little too suburbia. A couple more years and I'm moving closer to the city.

My neighbors, meh. Very generic. Although, a couple of months ago CSI was parked in front the house 2 house's down the street. I'm like WTF, I moved here to get away from shit?!? mad

At this point I figure you can't escape it no matter where you go. Might as well have a decent commute.

Actually there were three CSI vehicles, 2 cars in front of their house, and a van parked in front of mine. Nothing like coming home after hard day at work and seeing a freaking CSI van parked outside the crib.

The greater Boston area is one of three locales I may be moving to within the next 9 months or so... so don't get too cozy in your quaintness. evillol

No, for the most part, I can't stand it and WIL definitely leave at ome point.
Just yesterday, I found out one of my neighborhors must have stolen a package I got in the mail My brother had me order a ring for his girlfriend. Yesterday, I call the company I order it from to find out what was taking so long and they tell me it was delivered last Friday (the 13th of all days - and her I was thinking nothing went wrong that day) the jackass mailman must have left in the screen door. If I find out who took it, let's just say it won't be pretty.

Does that answer your question?

I like my neighborhood. Im close to everything that I need. Great shopping, great parks/recreation. My neighbors are cool and quiet. I wish there was a Costco and a Trader Joes al ittle closer, but its not too bad.
