As far as the ugly "look". You are a reflection of your parents and if anything, THAT you should be proud of. Nobody said pretty was the in thing. I think ugly people give the "pretty" people the power they have.


Confidence can be very attractive, try THAT!

I'm very suprised at how many people (members) here think they were ugly children. And how many say their parents told them they were ugly. Don't most parents tell their children how beautiful they are?

I was always reminded how beautiful I was. I was always reminded of the heart I held for others. I was always reminded to not let anybody bring me down.

those who have gone through an upbringing with a parent or both NOT feeling loved or "beautiful" I have a lot of respect for them coming out the other side of it and some have become the most amazing (to me, at least) people I've ever been lucky enough to know

it's very different of course to an extreme case but my Dad even to this day - he called me up Saturday morning my time - was on the phone at me about my weight very rare is the conversation where he DOESN'T lecture me about how "gross" "big people" are it's something, as much as I love him he's my father, I totally disrespect about him. I know I've got a lot of extra weight on for my height but HE'S ugly in that way he makes me feel very very insecure and that's why I don't worry about not spending time with him

that sounds really harsh and it's not an extreme case at all but hey that's my lol

Although I never had a problem with being told I was ugly and I had my share of attention, I would never not have a friend who was not "attractive". I always judged people by how they threated not only me but others. Just because somebody is nice to me but mean to others, don't make them a nice person. I like a genuine nice, caring person. and in them, ugly don't live.

ok so one time I went to the bathroom at my place of worship right...and theres this lady I know and she has a cute little boy. Anywho...shes changing his diaper....and like....hes a boy right im like ok lemme look away cus I don' t want to see his Pen0r right. So I go to the toilet and when I come out...the litte boy (3yrs old) is laying on the changing station and like....omg.....his pen0r is like flopped out like it was BIG!!!!! icame out and here i am face to face with a childs pen0r just like collins and im like omg....wtf...what do i do...is that normal!!!!! So i look away immediately.....I don't know what to tihnk....but I don't think its normal for a little three year old to have a big pen0r....ok....he wasnt an ugly kid....but i thought this had to be said on this thread only cause.....it has to do with a child....
