Teas (Green, Black, Chai, Spice, really any type.. I love them)
Soft Drinks (Diet Coke (for taste), Coke
Red Bull
Beer (Bud Select)
White Russian, Red Bull with Vodka, Certian wines

gave up real coke about 2 years ago i think...


i have been steadily losing weight ever since at 140 calories a can, its easy to add up.
