Love of Peanutbutter and Jelly... I love Peanutbutter and Jelly. Even now I still eat them sandwiches with a tall glass of milk. Am I the only one?

I am really liking Smart Balance Omega Natural peanut butter lately. It is pretty good for being very good for you. I have been eating it right out of the jar, on apples, whole grain bread, whole grain english muffins.
I eat it at work when I am hungry and it fills me up for a long time. I have lost 8 lbs since I started eating it?? Not sure if that is a coincidence or not?? Never been big on jelly. Like blackberry jams, nothing with seeds in it... | |
