It takes some serious shit for me to start hating somebody, usually it involves hurting my friends. However, once I've started it doesn't end, doesn't burn itself out. Now, I don't want answers from the "hate only consumes you" people or whatever spiritual blabla you got, I want to hear from the people that DO hate... is it permanent? It is for me

Most ppl I can forgive and forget (cos I am a big softie), and I hate to say I *hate* people, I would rather say I dislike them.. but in my walks of life I have come across some people who I do hate, and will always..

There are two women in my life I hate. They've never been close and the hatred on both sides was felt on day one I met them. One was the boss of the shop I worked in for a month when I was 19, the other one was the owner of the house (or the room) I rented when I was 18. Both were very hateful. They were nasty, incredible nasty. I won't tell the stories because they make me mad.

If they would die, I would only be glad that there is no more chance I'd have to meet them once again. Bitches.

Next to that, there are people I dislike, of course, but that's no hate, at all.

sometimes the person that is being hated can become a victim of overt hostility.
there is no excuse if a person hurts another person, that can cause a serious rift and feelings of being insulted.
however, once again in regard to the hatee, how long must the incident be relived in the minds of the haters?
to have to work with haters is a living hell.....it can cause, stress which in turn can cause physical and psychological illness for the hatee.
i say, no you don't have to like that person or put them into ur cicle of friends but to continue to display overt intolerance to the hatee is to develope a characteristic in the psyche that will one day come back to visit you. (you may inturn become a victim of "what goes around, comes around")
continued displays of hatred is like a disease that can be passed on to your children and your chidren's chidren and so on and so on and so on.
Plus in most cases women are the ones who keep the thread of hate going on by passing on their feelings regarding the hatee to others, and tainting the profile of said hatee. This really gives (us) women and bad rap in the eyes of our place as members of our communities.
plus continued hatred causes one to develop harsh lines in the face at an early age

It takes a lot of energy 2 hate. U have 2 keep it going 4 a long time and all the work is done on your part. I say if U hate somebody that much, deal with it and get past it or U'll never move on with your life. Not 2 say that U have 2 forgive or even associate with the person who wronged U ever again, but don't let yourself bcome consumed by it.

No. Hating someone is very draining physically and emotionally. I just people out of my mind.

I'm sad to say I hate someone. It took time, but this person is such a bitch to me for years that it became hate.

I'm not sure to be able to forgive him for all the bad things he has been keeping doing on and on.

Unfortunatly I can not get rid of him, or take him out of my life. This kind of people should be judged because they get stronger each time they see they have power to be evil.

For sure I will never show him how much I hate him. I don't want to give him the pleasure to see how much it hurts. It would give him power to be worse and worse.

Some people can really be evil.
