see dark chocolate gets a bad rap

if you can find some good dark chocolate
and not the stuff thats in ester price boxes
you will find that the dark has a flavor and texture
that is truly amazing

in the USA dark chocolate gets a bad rap cause
what most people taste for the first time is crap chocolate
thus leaving a bitter taste in their mouth

I like all of them, but right now I like white chocolate the best. I guess it's because I eat milk chocolate all the time. The only time I like dark chocolate is when it's with mint. Ghiradelli makes a good dark chocolate mint square,
