just broke up with my boyfriend We were only together just over 8 months. It was amicable and we're still going to be friends, but still, it feels funny. I'm not sad about it because it's for the best and I was the one who rbought it up, but I can't say I'm thrilled either.

there's nothing wrong with breaking up, especially when it is amicable. more than likely you'll appreciate each other more now as friends without the pressure of trying to maintain a relationship. i'm good friends with everybody i ever dated. who knows, you might find your way back to each other, but the important part is not to try too hard in the beginning, because that can get a little uncomfortable while you're defusing certain feelings. mixed signals are a bitch [Edited 1/15/06 6:59am] you look better on your facebook page than you do in person  | |
