Cheeky Bitch

I'm bored so here's another True Life story...

On Boxing Day, a load of us went out and had a fantastic night out. I'll spare you all the details but it's a bit of a tradition for a load of us, plus a very good friend celebrates his birthday that day. This year he was 30, so you can imagine how the night panned out. dead It was a great night. smile

Anyway, we'd all been clubbing, ended up back at my place and it turned into an impromptu party. Some friends of friends of friends - whom I don't know - turned up, which wasn't a problem, and they seemed to be enjoying themselves.

The next day, I needed to go out of the house. I tried to find my scarf but no matter WHERE I looked, it couldn't be found. I checked the lounge, my bedroom, the kitchen - everywhere.

One of those cheeky b*****ds had taken it!! pissed

There were 3 reasons I was mad:

1. Because I love the scarf.
2. Katherine, my good friend and housemate, bought it for me
3. The fact they had the effing cheek to nick somebody else's clothes from somebody else's house.

I wasn't happy.

It turns out those cheeky censored had taken it - my powers of deduction were correct - and they'd also pinched one of my jackets! disbelief A mutual friend has promised to bring them back, but so far no scarf (or jacket).

Anyway, I was in some pub the other night and, lo and behold, this girl - who was part of that group - strolls through the bar, bold as brass, WEARING MY BLOODY SCARF! I was gobsmacked! I called her over, said how nice the scarf was, and reminded her that it actually belongs to me. The cheeky cow was so brazen, it was only when I reminded her where I actually live - and the fact she'd been to my party - that she took it off and gave it to back. It was like I had to convince her that I was telling the truth. I couldn't believe it! She walked off, as if nothing had happened, and I carried on supping my pint. At least I've got my scarf back, I guess.

Some people. disbelief

Funny you should say that. As another mate said: You can tell we were brought up, not dragged up.

REDFEATHERS

Last year I went out to a club and stuck my good lovely winter coat in the cloakroom.. after the night was over, some stupid cunt who hadnt bothered to take a coat with her that night, thought, ah, why not take this one! - MINE!!

So I had to go home in the freezing cold, without my coat, and as I was away from home, I had to go out the next day and buy another one, which set me back quite a bit, but I loved my coat, it was vintage, and I wont get anything like that again.
