PMS starts off around 4 days before said time is to occur. First, there is the feeling of bloating. I start craving foods, usually foods that are not part of my diet. Chocolate to.
Then, I get emotional, but this only lasts like 2 days.
But, once I actually get my menstrual, everything goes away, well except for the bloating. And it usually lasts for 3 maybe 4 days.

I hate them, but then i'm reminded just why I have them and thank God they are healthy menstrual cycles because I hear/have heard so many horror stories from and about other woman.

I think of periods as a bit like a game of snooker. Sometimes when you're trying to sink the pink but you're snookered by the red, you have to screw back for a difficult brown.
