Eastern Nebraska is still flat...I know too, because I grew up 40 minutes from Sioux City, Iowa which is just across the Missouri River from Nebraska. My friend got her first tattoo in South Sioux, Nebraska (scary!). I fly into Omaha when I have to visit my family. The Loess Hills do not look like the mountains in that picture. I stand by my statement that Nebraska is flat--Iowa has rolling hills.
Okay--just looked at the pics again and I was thinking you all were saying the TOP one was Nebraska. So my mistake on that. The bottom one definitely could be Nebraska--but those aren't sand hills and I still maintain that Nebraska is flatter than Iowa.
