dunno, really.

if anything, the humor of watching an incredibly naive troop of bad actors think they are going to broadway with their show about the history of the town they are living in... micht be a bit over their heads...

and one of the characters is flamboyant... don't know if you have had that talk yet.

but the adults will love it.

Like Isten says, it depends on who I'm with. My mate Matthew and I can always find something funny, even when it's unintentional.

The last film I can think of which had me absolutely cackling was 'Team America'.

But the one film which immediately comes to mind is 'Serial Mom'. I freakin' LOVE it! lol

WAITING FOR GUFFMAN literally left me gasping with tears rolling down my eyes the first time i saw it. i remember halfway through i had to just sit there with my mouth open because it hurt to laugh any more.

I looked it up on Imdb...so it's another mockumentary by Christopher Guest? Is it more like Best In Show (which I didn't find all that funny) or more like This Is Spinal Tap (which I thought was hilarious)?

um...neither.

i think it's much funnier than spinal tap, and i think it's MUCH MUCH MUCH funnier than best in show (which i do like, but not nearly as much).

the best thing i can say about guffman is that god is in the details, and it's the little things the actors do in this movie that left me gasping from laughter, though the big jokes are pretty damn funny too. parker posey is a stitch...so's fred willard and katherine o'hara...hell, so's EVERYONE.

TEAM AMERICA made me laugh hard...when they opened the panther cages to kill the good guys and some kitties came running out, i thought i was gonna keel over.

lol I think I was nearly sick after that!

That movie on the whole wasn't as good as South park, but still, a lot of it was hilarious. The sex scene killed me when he shat on her face, and the songs "America, Fuck Yeah!" and "We need a Montage! Every shot you show a little improvement! That's how you know you're getting better in a Montage!"

And now every time I see Matt Damon I think "Maa Damuh"
