Waiting For Guffman ("I hate you! And I hate your ass face!")
Roxanne
What About Bob?
Lost In America
The Jerk
Planes, Trains, and Automobiles
Mighty Aphrodite
Parenthood
Bill Cosby Himself
Caddyshack
Cable Guy (sorry, but I like this one!!!)
Dumb and Dumber ("So you're saying there's a chance!")
Louie Anderson: Mom, Louie's Looking At Me Again
Irreconcilable Differences
Groundhog Day
The Royal Tannenbaums ("That's the last time you stab me!")
American Movie
40 Year Old Virgin
Best In Show
Austin Powers In Goldmember
Austin Powers International Man of Mystery
Bottle Rocket
High Fidelity

Honorable Mention:
Anchorman: The Legend Of Ron Burgundy
Eddie Murphy Raw
My Cousin Vinnie

And these aren't movies - but some of the ABSOLUTE funniest stuff I've ever seen came from:

1. Arrested Development
2. BBC's The Office
3. Curb Your Enthusiasm
"She made me glad to be a man"

Probably "School Of Rock", all time

Recently, I just started watching the play verison of "Diary Of A Mad Black Woman"...much better than the movie in many ways....Meada and Daddy Charles are much more loose! "Meet The Browns" is another very recent hit.
