.. I have my friend on the line (phone) .. she just got hired for a new job and they want her to go for a drug test within the next 24 hours .. She usually does not smoke, anything. She works out regularly and all but a couple months ago she went on a vacation and took a few hits of a joint .. ... .. now she is worried . I told her I THINK it stays in for about 30 days .. true or not?

If she just took a couple hits off a joint she should be fine...and with it being a month ago i'm sure that its almost untracable. However, she may want to go and get a product at the natural food stores called Beall's. Its a liquid and she can follow the instructions on the box.

Yeah since its a couple of months ago and it was only a couple of hits she's good. But if she's ever in a tight situation drinking lots of water helps dilute your piss

What kind of job is she applying for?

To me it sounds so strange they can require a blood-test, unless you're going into the navy or something.

Last time I applied for a job (at a catholic school) they asked me if I was baptised. This is considered very inappropriate here. Now, if they wanted to examine my blood...

Store manager... but I doubt it will be a blood test. If it was a blood test, they would not make it within a 24 period. They want her to go within 24 hours. This tells me, they may be doing urine tests. I told her to call but she don't want to sound so paranoid
