Action Dolls!

Did you have any action dolls when you were younger? Like a Barbie or a soldier? Was there ever or is there a doll not in production that you would like to have?

Doll stories and ideas...smile

I had an 'action man' (I think that was the name) before I got a real Ken for my Barbie. He looked like a soldier, with a little gun. I didn't like him actually. He was different from a Ken because he could move his arms and legs and he was wearing plastic underwear!! lol Ken just had euhm, nothing there actually.
He was dumped when I got a blonde surfing Ken.

Oh my, a singing Popeye the Sailor Man! Thats almost as bad as the singing Chipmunks! I had a Teddy Ruxpin. It may have been the first storybook reading toy out at that time. It had a tape player inside and its lips would move in sync with the words.

You know how they have the baby dolls that pee? What if they made one that made poo poo also? They could call her "Lil Stinky". It would come with baby wipes and multi colored glitter poo by PlayDoh. eek biggrin

I was young and naive.
Don't tell me your Ken was more manly razz

You know, I think those dolls exist, or once existed. I remember seeing a commercial about those dolls. They came with wipes and diapers. The real thing!

i have a storm action figure and a janice (from the muppet show) that live on my bookcase, and i have an andy warhol action figure that's still in his packaging that i have on my wall above my desk. biggrin

i'd love it if we got a prince action figure someday, like the jimi and janis dolls that have been released in past years.

I. WANT. ONE!!! I don't even care that it's fake. Quick! Somebody has to make one for me in their basement now! I will compensate you handsomely for having to ingest the toxic fumes that will come from making the plastics. deal ?

Y'know...
For us 'big kids', they make 'Get Some' Action Dolls.
They're known as "Inflatable Date-ables".
The slogan on the backof the box'
"For this date,
"you don't need to look your best,
"just a decent pair of lungs."

I had a GI Joe when I was a kid...he had some sort of velvet
for his hair and that stuff would fall out in patches. Yuck!
Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.
