you can scrape it with that little plastic spatula while it's warm and then wipe it down with a wet paper towel.

sorry its so tiny Yeah I think I remember seeing them do that in the infomerical. It came off with ease when they did that. I hope it comes with a cook book,Im not sure what I'll make with it,besides chicken "Nobody makes me bleed my own blood...NOBODY!"

 I have one you can have...they cook food okay.....although there seems to be something very unnatural about cooking your food in a curling iron...
