Yea, tell me where so I can avoid them
And WHY do so many teens drink coffee?? Is it just the proliferation of Starbucks ('cause they're ALWAYS in there)? Coffee sounded like old people shit to me when I was young I guess b/c it's all carmely & whip creamy & shit

Prince has an official myspace page (as do many bands)(there are also fans that have made prince myspace pages), and I wouldn't say it's just a teenage thing at all, although Friendster.com is an older crowd, myspace is the one that has really taken off. A lot of my friends maintain profiles on myspace. A lot of the local bars maintain myspace pages too.

I don't know how well this applies to most teens and early 20's in my area, 'cuz we're all a bit out of the ordinary, but this is how my friends and I spend our free time.
In the warmer months we spend pretty much all of our free time downtown. Not a lot to do there, but there's a nice park where we can just chill and listen to music or talk or hang out with transients or get high or whatever. There's a lot of cheap places to get food, and a few tattoo shops where two of the girls work (rival shops, actually. K. works at one and Z. at another. You should see the fistfights and arguments. ) There used to be a few cool record and 2nd-hand stores, but sadly the city's gone and replaced them with crap like Starbucks and American Eagle. The mall sucks. It's sort of the second-choice hangout, and only when the weather's too crap to stay outside all day. It's either that or someone's house. Clubbing sucks in our city. No gay bars or clubs anymore, and the rest play some of the most horrible music I've ever heard. Usher, anyone? But that's alright. I'd rather go to a house or orchard party anyways. The mall still seems to be the spot to hang out at....but I've noticed that house parties are making a comeback around here (with parents sitting in the kitchen monitoring erry damn thang).
Online, http://www.tagged.com is a teenage online spot much like myspace but specifically for teens.

I used to hang out in arcades with my friends too. We used to play a lot of Ms Pacman, Donkey Kong, Centipede, Dig Dug and Asteroids. It used to be the shiznit back then. We used to hang in the movies theaters a lot too. When we weren't doing that we would hang out at each other's houses.
I can't really say where teens hang nowadays.

no lie.....teens used to hang out in the Wal-mart parking lot at night when I was in high school.....mainly week-end nights. They're still doing it now. Well, not so much this time of the year because it's so cold out at night, but once it starts to warm up.....oh they'll be there with bells on. Mostly country asses are the ones doing it. looking for you in the woods tonight Switch FC SW-2874-2863-4789 (Rum&Coke)

They stereotypically hang about parks and shopping malls. Drinking cheap cider and smoking Lambert & Butler cigarettes. Usually wearing caps and crap tracksuits.

Yeah, i was being ironic . But still, real conversation beats chats online, having said that, i dont actually chat online so? We'd play football 'till pitch black mainly. I just find computers cold, computer games are ok though as human interaction is still there. Ur little kids would love mario party games for the nintendo gamecube. Mario rocks. And believe me, its all innocent. stuff.
