What's your legacy? JD's thread about losing contact with other Orgers reminded me of a conversation I had over Xmas...
What's your legacy to the world? I'd like to think that mine will be love. I'm fiercely protective and loyal about those I care about. As I told several people, if I died tomorrow, they can go to bed safe in the knowledge that I've loved this life and they more than make this a sweeter place for me to be. Okay, I was drunk when I said it  but completely lucid and meant every word. And still do.
It's not much of a legacy to some, maybe, but I'm happy with that. What's your legacy? | |
