nod yes, and it is VERY small. it's been a while, but if i remember correctly you can fit 4 adults in there. you sit down, and you have to lean in a bit and your knees are touching everyone else's knees. not a good experience if you are claustrophobic. (i'm not, btw) then it starts going up and you can hear the clanking and feel it go slightly inward. up at the top there are windows lining the small room so you can look out and see everything. it's beautiful! and if you stand still you can feel it sway slightly with the wind.
