I know this is wrong but, (UPDATED!) my mom and her friend came here to make their vacation resv. and they haven't figured out the details yet! They are in the kitchen choosing tours and crap and its gonna drive me insane, cuz I thought they just wanted to do the online thing and be done 
This is going to take all night
