Some of you may remember the thread about my neighbor above me about a year ago. Well this bitch has gone to whole nother level. I am so angry! Last night, I went to bed at 10:30pm. I was exhausted. I was in the emergency room for 5 hours because I didn't feel well, went to work, drove 2 hours from work back to my home. This woman is walking heavily back and forth dropping shit, making loud noises, and vacuuming at 10:30 at night!!!!. This goes on for an hour and I decided to bang on my ceiling with a broom. I ended punching a hole in my celing as well as marking my wall and blinds with the color of the broom handle. It doesn't stop and at about 11:45 I call the police. The said they would send someone, but another hour goes by and the madness is still going on. I call the police again and they say an officer went there and they would send one again. At about 2:00am the noise stops and I am able to go to sleep, but I'm still exhausted today. I haven't called the apartment manager yet, but I am going to. I am so angry. I want to beat this bitch's ass!!! She's driving me mad! My lease is up the end of March. I'm going to need to get out of there



UPDATE 12/28/05

This bitch had sex 3 times last night!!!. It started a midnight and then after she was done she turned on the tv (loud) and had sex with the tv on and then waited another hour and did it again. Each time I tried to go to sleep I couldn't because of her tv and the damn bed creeking. I'm going to complain to the manager!

I live in a house now. At least they don't live over or under me anymore.

Part 2: New neighbor making noise above having sex and other things decides to knock on my door multiple times to turn my music down which she admitted she can't really hear except for the bass that vibrates the wall. She on the other hand makes all the noise she wants. We even had a meeting with the manager about it. She works nights. I work days. Major conflict

No, anytime the authorities are prejudiced against you in such a case, it'll be an uphill battle. You're more likely to see some sort of satisfaction by officially complaining to your landlord. Then going to the police. Then taking her to court.

But, it might be worth it to save yourself all that grief and start looking for a new home -- after you file a complaint with the landlord.

I spoke with the mansger about this and she said she will talk to her next week. She said after so many complaints, she will have to move
