What's your kryptonite?

What are you sensitive/intolerant/allergic/fatally allergic to?

without this stuff, in spring and summer I would be a quivering, snivelling pile of snot disbelief

pollen too, every summer it's the same routine. I have bad days when nothing works, luckily most of the time it's manageable. Somebody suggested that it might be a particular flower I'm allergic too, and thats why some days are worse than others, i dont know.

nod I think to an extent it is. Being breastfed as a baby (I wasn't) can help prevent it and a lot of other allergies. My dad had bad hayfever and now gets excema as well. My sister is sensitive to all cosmetics except Jurlique and my mum vomits violently from tree tomatoes/tamarillos.

I was breast fed and I get hayfever and allergies.

My daughter has alot of allergies and she was breast fed too. I think allergies run strongly in families but they are definately getting worse. I think polution is at least partly to blame.

you did not eat enough dirt as a baby. Did your parents clean excessively with household chemicals?

I've had an allergic reaction once from being bit my mosquitoes,so much so that I had to get a booster shot in my buttocks. I try to avoid damp or humid areas where mosquitoes are frequent.

Eating the spice pesto LITERALLY cleans me out, within hours of eating it, and it's not pretty from that end.

i just read ingredients and ask at restaurants. it's not just asian food that has it, you can find msg in lots of spices and instant and frozen foods. fast foods have it, too. basically any kind of food that needs preservation and flavor enhancing has some form of msg in it.
