The office I work in is still decorated like Santa Claus' house.
Big-ass tree in the lobby... garland, wreaths. I took down everything in my immediate working space.

Haven't you peeps heard of 12th Night?
Is this only something that happens in Britain? I would keep my decorations up all year if I could, but I would never, ever keep them up past 12th night.

FOR CHRISTMAS? 12th Night is the date by which all the decorations have to come down. It's really unlucky to keep any up past this date. It's the 12th night after Jesus was born, when the 3 Wise Men came to visit, I think, but in England it's more known for being the date when Christmas is officially over and everything gets packed away.

Jan 10 2006.
My tree is still up. I keep waiting for my wife to pack away all the fragile bulbs and such. Last year I just ended up throwing them in a box. However, Now I have a NEW reason not to take it down. I am thinking it has turned into a game to see who can be the last christmas tree standing. News: Prince pulls his head out his ass in the last moment.

I think you said you leave yours up 24/7/365. If that is the case, you don't count because it isn't for a holiday, it is for a life style. Mine is still up, but I think it is comming down today. News: Prince pulls his head out his ass in the last moment.

I will put it away when I clean this weekend. I love it! You need to leave that out all year round! We have one too. As soon as I saw the pink christmas tree I thought of CynthiasSocks. Very cute tree.

I had a busy day. Upon retruning home just about 20 minutes ago, and quickly uncorking a bottle of red, swiftly drinking two glasses, my wife laughs outloud and points out how our tree is still up. All the time me thinking, yeah the tree is still up can you believe it now lets get upstairs and online so I may post the fact on Prince.org

Here we are just waking up. I asked my wife if she would help me take it down today, being that she laughed last night at it still being up, she didn't sound to enthused at the thought. I don't need her help, it's just I ain't the rap each piece in paper type. Last year I took it down myself by putting everything in a box with no paper, and well, a few pieces were broken.
