You can do it. It is tough, that's for sure, but remember it's all about time. What you're feelings will stop, and you'll be back to how you felt before you ever smoked, which is feeling nothing. Then it will be much easier.

You should talk to Ace. he's quitting smoking too. Maybe you can support each other.

5. for ur mood..(look this one up-you'll be surprised)
6. for the money (add up a years worth of smoking cost)
7. for ur lungs (want to be pitiful and pitied due to smoke related illness)
8. for the love of ur life
9. for ur heart

Hang in there. I used to get all paranoid about quitting smoking because of the thousands of times I've seen other people fail at it, not to mention all the commercials for nicotine patches, nicotine gum, etc... Too much hype over it can make you feel like you're doomed to fail. Tune it all out and take it one day at a time. I quit about a month and a half ago, and honestly, the hardest part was my daily habbits - lighting up anytime I got in my car, lighting up any time I had a drink, etc... It wasn't really that I was craving niccotine at that point in time, I was just so used to having one in my hand at those times that it felt awkward. Also, try not to assume that every time you're irritated or uncomfortable that it's automatically because of nicotine withdrawls.
