I have to have bread just about everyday. I CRAVE bread.
I also have olives just about everyday. Different types of Olives And Olive oil. I love the taste of Olive Oil. I use only olive oil to cook with.

I absolutel have to have my Coffee with Mexican Bread (Pan Dulce) in the morning before work. If I can't have it, people better beware.

Every single day I eat either oatmeal or cereal then I eat M & M's. That is my breakfast routine everyday.

I also eat 3 loaves of whitebread a week so I must eat bread everyday

I have to have a glass of milk in the morning. It's great- I'd drink nothing but milk forever and be happy

aside from water, I can't think of any. If there is Coke in the house I obsess over it, keep tabs how much is left etc. I am so much happier when there is none around.

Those are my 4 staples.

The last two I can do without but I absolutely love them; and without even realising it, I eat meat every single day.

And without chocolate I'm a maniac.
