What can I do for my 40th?

It's driving me nuts. I want to do something to celebrate but I can't decide whether I want to be alone, with my friends or with family. Everyone's asking me what I'm going to do and I haven't come up with any real ideas yet.

I don't know whether to have a party, whether to go away somewhere or whether to organise something special at home or somewhere else in England. I'm really stumped.

I'm toying with the idea of seeing Vegas, or perhaps taking a trip alone to contemplate my being smile but then I come back to wondering whether it's better to be with people. Perhaps this is the key thing I need to decide.

If you have any ideas, or have been to any events which were cool, please post them. It doesn't matter if they're wacky. I need to start organising as my birthday's in May.

Please help me. headlp

I like the camping idea, and the Vegas one. I'm not so sure about the idea of sending Chico half my money though hmmm

Reflecting ... that sounds good also

I'd love to visit Sweden some time. I love Denmark and Norway (Oslo's my favourite European city) so I'm assuming I'd really enjoy Sweden.

But most of all, I'd love to meet you Jen - I hope we can really do that one day hug

I'll tell you what. Hopefully I'll make it to London in Feb. If I do we'll have a toast in solidarity. My 40th is in 11 months.
