Stacy X is in the new movie.....and she's gonna play her. I read a while back that she was on the set of X-men 3, but I was wondering "what for?" I'm excited that Omahyra is playing her. I just hope she can act as well as she can model. She was in another one of Brett's movies....."After the Sunset", but I haven't seen it yet. I read a thread on the X-men forum, and some people have been bashing Omahyra already.......damn give the woman a chance first.

I don't mind the casting -- a "snakeskin woman" should be sexy. But aside from her potential fight scenes, I don't think her character will be terribly visually interesting.

Now I, for one, can't wait to see Multiple Man! I'm not terribly moved by Eric Dane, who'll play him, but I think they could have awesome visual play with replications of the same guy onscreen.

I have to say that I was very concerned about it after Singer left, and they
rewrote the script (twice). It looks like they have gone ahead with the script
that got leaked a while back which contained several things I didn't like the
sound of (I won't spoil it for those that don't know). Having said that though,
the trailer does look quite promising, so it could go either way.

it's probably to give younger x-fans a little bit of recognition factor for obscure characters from the comic. i can kinda understand their reasoning, though i think stacey x was a pretty freakin' lame character just like everyone else seems to. it wouldn't suck if we got to see some of the New Mutants.
