Does anyone use this store? I`ve been a customer for a long time, and they`ve always been great, but now it`s all a MESS.

Two months ago, i ordered 5 dvds, but i didn`t get an e-mail confirmation, and it was no trace of my order in my account, but of course, the money have been drawn from my bank account the second i placed the order. I sent them 4 or 5 e-mails over the next three weeks, but got no response. A week ago, i checked my web-account, and there my order was, and it said it was "pending". Today i got another e-mail, where it said there was something wrong with the transaction, and i had to log in. I logged in, and there i had to pay two of the dvds again!!
I checked my web-account again, and now it was only those two dvds, the rest was gone, they haven`t been shipped or cancelled.

Anyone having problems with this store?
