my babies spent the night with their grandma in a nice hotel, they do it every year, go swimming and have a lil party... i know its nice for them, but i swear when they leave me i feel so alone 
but, anyway, its over now and my family is back  we are watching the chiefs  so, all is well again
next year we'll definately chat if we're still in this boat, k ? much love to ya  and happy new year...

I am glad u have your kids back now. I spoke to my sister in law last night that was alone too. Her newly ex-husband had the kids. Her 1st New Years without the kids. I was glad that I could keep her company eventhough it was just on the phone. I'll have to keep you in mind for next year! | |

Ya'know, I'm exhausted. I'm going through a painful breakup (I think) and I'm tired of running around town and cooking up plans. I'm sleeping through the new year, I'm sleeping through Christmas. I'm listening to my thoughts and meditating before the flames.  And sleeping...sleeping...sleeping...
I didn't know there was another Twilight Zone marathon though 
...oh well, I don't have cable anyway.  | |

last year i watched goodfellas with my cat and moped about the end of my relationship with my boyfriend.
this year I hung out with my friend, went shopping, went out to dinner, and then went out dancing all night!!!!! 
it was awesome and i had a ton of fun. this has perhaps been the best new years i have ever had in my life. | |
