Has anyone seen Exorcism of Emily Rose? I thought it was particularly interesting in the scene where it showed the preacher reading a letter Emily wrote the morning after the failed exorcism. When she said she talked to the virgin Mary, she did not describe what she looked like. Ur thoughts?

I attempted to watch it last night. I couldnt get into it for some reason

Try to watch it, it is very scary and at the same time very informative. If you are a spiritual person, it gives u some insight on ur faith in God.

What I liked about it is that it gave you the spiritual possibility of possession and the scientific possibility, although I think it went more to the scientific part of it. At the end I thought that maybe she really wasn't possessed.

LOVED this movie. Did a fantastic job of presenting both sides of the arguement, and had some truly interesting takes on the concept that hadn't really been explored on film before. I was worried it would be yet another retread of The Exorcist, but was pleasantly surprised to find that wasn't the case.

It was Cool. I saw it in the movies and wanna rent it so I can watch it again.

Yeah it'z fascinating. The 'horrific' scenez however made me laugh my ass off!! BWAAAAAHHH!!!

my sister and i just happened to be watching the re-released version of the exorcist the other night--and we both agreed that there is NO WAY IN HELL this movie would get released with an "R" rating today--a young girl cramming a bloody crucifix into her snatch screaming " let Jesus fuck you"...telling a priest that his mother sucks cocks in hell? and somebody thinks that this emily rose crap was even in the same neighborhood? hell

I was at the Planet Hollywood in San Diego with some friends. My best friend was there. We are both big fans of the movie. We would always say that "your mother sucks cocks in hell." Well, on the menu they had some burger, under it was the caption "Your mother sews socks that smell."

I really liked it. I thought it would be some nightmarish freaky stuff like on The Exorcist but, this movie was a lot more...Sane. Plus I like the courtroom stuff. I always try to figure out the possible rebuttles beforehand . For me though, the jury is still out on wether or not the chick was crazy or if she was possesed.

i'm bored and my head hurts ... i am gonna go to the TV room and watch it now

I couldn't help but laugh when her boyfriend woke up and saw her in that weird position on the ground lol.

But that part when she talks to mary was deep...how she had a choice to suffer for everyone or die. I don't distinctly remember what Mary said her choices were so correct me if I'm wrong.
