Reversi/Othello Okay, it's time for one of those drop-to-page-two-in-no-time-threads.
Does anybody enjoy the brilliant game Reversi (also known as Othello)? I've never ever come across a game as addictive as that. It doesn't take long to play, but you really have to be on your toes. And with a well planned strategy you can change the outcome completely with two or three nifty moves at the end. And there are some really good players out there, which are real fun to battle with through XPs built-in online Reversi game or in one of the net's game rooms. Maybe you have another board game you love? Lots of people seem to like Backgammon for example, but I personally could never really see the fun in that.

I love games, particularly those you have to think about. I don't think I've played Reversi/Othello.
I like Tantrix and Tetris - I don't know if they're similar at all?

This is what the Windows XP interface looks like: You're either black or white and the goal is to have the most chips of your colour at the end of the game (which is when the whole board is filled up). It sounds simple enough, and it's very easy to learn, but it's extremely difficult to master.

If you all don't see me for a while, you'll know I've got myself hooked on it

If you all don't see me for a while, you'll know I've got myself hooked on it Just click on "Games" under "Start" in Windows XP (if you have that?) and then simply choose "Reversi on the Internet". You'll get started and learn it in no time at all.
