Yeah, but i was not the only person that she gave a Xmas card to. And it came across as just a friendship type card. I don't think if i had given her a card then i would be getting sacktime.

I don't know any of her friends so i don't know if she has any hot looking girlfriends that will be at the party. And unfortunately I don't think she is inviting me so i can look for hot looking women.

I went to see a movie with a plain jane girl (who is not really cool to hang out with or talk to for me), kept it platonic, got a new years kiss from my hootchie date at midnight, and got a good connection at the party (I think) with a really cool girl to actually maybe date in the future....

but life is still not fair, I agree! All my romances have been dead ends so far...

A couple buddies and i went to a few clubs to do some trolling hoping to at least make out with a babe at midnight but had no luck there. An average New years. I just couldn't bring myself to go on the date. Buddies thought i was crazy for passing up on a night out with a willing female to go trolling but the thought of that did not excite me. I just could not get up the excitement to go out with her. I am just not into Plain. She is nice and pretty cool, not ugly by any means, but it does not cover up the fact she is not a hottie. the thought of maybe making out at midnight couldn't get me to go. And someone said she is probably great in bed and it might have gone in that direction but the thought of getting it on with a Plain Jane still couldn't get me to go. Hopefully there will be no hard feelings.

I don't like the phrase "Plain Jane", I prefer "low maintenance" - probably because I'm "low maintenance". I'm just not really into putting on loads of makeup and stuff (the porn star look is the only way I can describe it). I have friends that do it but it ain't just me.

By the way Spats, one man's beast is another man's beauty!!! Sorry to put it like that but its true - even though that girl isn't your type, I'm sure she will be perfect for someone. Just hope she realises that
