I think whats fair is to walk away with what you came with and split what was made together. And thats IT!

funny topic ... but alil off topic ... i was just chatting with a gal pal of mine ... she is goin thru a bitter divorce ...

the guy hasnt worked in like 12 years and she was supporting him ... and she is only an assistant in a doctors office ... not big bucks here ...

she was telling me the other day how she only makes so much a week and 180 a week is taken by him .....

and now that she finally left him .... he insists on all these additional costs that he never needed .... like prescription contacts ... etc .....

so it was down and out ... kinda ugly .... so i get this call ....

and the guy died !!! eek confused eek neutral

she gets it all .... lol ... true story ... i guess the guy's parents can argue for some of it ... then she has to counter sue if it gets really bad .... but ... kinda was thinking .... strangggggeeee things happen .... eek

No pre-nup = half.

It's your own fault if that happens. Don't marry without the pre-nup.
