When you're down or sick... ...what ALWAYS makes you feel better?
For me it's; Clean sheets on the bed, A nice hot MUG of tea, Cuddling with all my pets, Talking to my love. How about you?

My children.
A nice curry. When I read about the evils of drinking, I gave up reading.

A nice curry. I have had tummy flu since sunday - these 2 things would only have made me all the more. A nice dark room and my bucket is all I wanted.

oh yes, I agree on the clean sheets and pet-cuddling!
- a warm, candlelit bath - music of my choice (or a meditation CD) - essential oil sprinkled around the room, on my pillow or in a burner - soup, particularly if it's home-made I love being rubbed and massaged too but unfortunately I don't get many of those

One of the boys had it too, we reckon it might've been some of the food they pulled out on Sunday which had been sitting around in the heat Saturday evening, so it could've been food poisoning, we had temperatures and everything!

I didn't have any fever at any time, but the nausea, etc. was definitely with me.

I don't know about curing sickness in general, but I've discovered three fool-proof cures for nausea:
1. Knäckebröd without anything on it. Eat it slowly. 2. Masturbation 3. Find the position where you sit on your knees and let your upper body rest on the bed. Yes, your bum will be in the air and if you're a guy it will look incredibly gay, but the angle is somehow soothing for the stomach, which is where nausea usually comes from. So if I do this many times a day, I should get over my illness by the next day?

I thought about having Cheerios the other day when I was feeling worse, but decided I didn't want to eat anything that would REALLY gross me out coming back up (not like anything is good for that, but...).

There is a list of foods I can't eat anymore even when I feel fine because of the up feeling factor. In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular. |

When you figure it out- please let me know!! maybe hugs from on orger will help- we love you Chris!! :hugs: When I feel down a big kiss from my dogs or feeling their warms noses on me when they realize I am sad always cheers me up. When I am sick a nice cool bed with clean crisp sheets helps me. Whenever I feel like I am catching a cold or sinus infection I find that Thai food especially red curry helps with jasmine green tea..

Press downwards with one fingertip to activate it.
