I really hate commercials that have some Really old footage, manipulated as to sell a product.

The best one I can think of now is Fred and Ethal from the I Love Lucy Show selling insurance. I also recall a fred astair selling some crap.

As a rule I hate all commericals.I make few exceptions.

I can only think of 2 commericals I like. One was an ad for milk that ran about 100 years ago that featured a tiny super hero cartoon kid that lived in a fridge and ran around and drank milk to techno music. The only reason I liked it was because he said the phrase "Refrigerator raider..." in areally freaky voice repeatedly through out the spot. Hey, I was 15 what did I know.

The second commerical I can say I enjoy is an ad that runs now, I think it's for nextel about some guys in suits that hang out in an office and dance to salt and pepper all day because the phone supposedly makes the job so much easier. Hey I'm retarted what do I know.

There is this ad here in Melbourne advertising this big stock liquidation in the Exhibition Centre! The man virtually screams on the add and you can't understand what he's saying and his pitch becomes more and more exhaustive with each word he rattlez off!! It's a really bad ad any time of day- but particularly in the morning and afternoon after a bad hang over that's just the final kill

i hate that fucking sony PSP commercial with the two "urban"--read "black" squirrels--the one where one of them "squirrel, please"--in the same inferred tone that bruthas say "N***a please"...that shit makes me mad

olbas oil is using it at the moment but it always seems someone is using it.

There are so many annoying adverts. Somerfield adverts have always been terrible. They had a series of Somerfield raps, where some granny would rap, 'A bottle of wine just £3.99, that to me...is just fine' and other such nonsense. There was also a series of adds for Somerfield with just this woman who was a right cow. She was just so smug. I remember she was carving some beef or something and she said with a smug grin, 'free. That's my favourite price.'

Also annoying are any adverts for insurance. There's one where it starts with this guy holding his head and shouting, 'ahhhh' and then a cartoon figure appears before he goes into a tirade about insurance. The Michael Winner, Esure adverts were so bad they were good. Only just saved by his face when he bumps into the back of the card forcing a weird look on his face like, . They had to replace with an even more annoying mouse. Why?!

all of them are annoying imo

but the ones that chuff me are those in which a brand new wonder drug is being advertised. it cures depression! it makes you happy! you'll feel like a new man/woman! happy happy! joy joy joy! and THEN at the end of the advert they list all of the adverse side effects of the wonder drug, bloating, gas, constipation, hair loss, skin rashes, cataracts, blood pressure increases and i'm all like 'wtf?! why is this a good thing?'

how about infomercials? anyone else watch these? i saw a groovy one for the electric home face-lift, it was a hand held device that generated a low electric pulse which makes the face muscles twitch repeatedly and thereby "tones" them

and the lady model demonstrated and talked at the same time. one half the side of her face kinda... scrunching up a bit periodically
