imo, essentially every program on MTV is disgusting and without any merit or worth, past making some $$$$ FOR MTV, because unfortunately the viewing public keeps lapping up MTV's crapola programming. seems like all the MTV-produced shows glorify vapid, shallow, spoiled brats obsessing about superficial garbage like how many tens of thousands they can [get Daddy to] spend on clothes, parties, plastic surgery or pay for their rent and all necessities so they can go out and party and screw. most of the people featured on these programs are so inarticulate they can't even construct an understandable sentence so trying to "learn" anything from them is basically pointless, other than "learning" what a moron looks like. sadly, lots of teenagers watch this junk and learn to EMULATE the non-character and non-maturity and non-values these shows promote.

i will say though that i've seen a few episodes of "True Life" that were alright and actually had some value to them.

i wish someone would pull the plug on MTV already.

the times i've attempted to watch any of them as i flipped by them as i was channelsurfing, i couldn't sit through for more than a few minutes - but i certainly got the gist of what the show was like from just the few minutes i was subjected to. also i've heard & read enough about these various programs AND seen i've clips and commercials of the shows, sooo...

no. i don't watch them.

MTV is the most pathetic attempt at entertainment I have ever seen. I watched this show on it the other day called "My Own"

It was complete rubbish and I would like that 30 minutes of my life back.

Next is alot less disgusting then elimiadate.
