Favorite Gift Recieved For ChristmaHanaKwanza

I am really thankful and blessed to have so far had a wonderful holiday season with beautiful and thoughtful expressions of love and gratitude displayed by my family and friends as Im sure u all are as well, but what gift(s) are u enjoying the most of all? Lets be honest. I wanna know what stuff u like most of all.

Oddly enough, I like the He-Man and the Masters of the Universe dvd set that I received. Its the first volume of the first season (33 episodes). A friend of mine knows that this is one of my favorite cartoons ever and gave it to me for Christmas. Ive already watched the first of 6 discs. I grabbed the Garrett's Popcorn that I got from Chicago last weekend and I have been reliving my childhood ever since.

What about u guys? What gifts are u enjoying most right now?

i had wayyyy too good of a Christmas! here's 4:

my sister-in-law to be gave me a black bracelet made from a bike tire tube. it has a clear slit where I can slide in different "cards" with sayings and photos. she joined the org and found various pictures of my org friends and different quotes and made a huge stack of inserts for me. it's super cool and extra thoughtful.

my niece and nephew gave me a necklace with 3 charms: 1 says love, 1 says hope, 1 says trust and faith.

my parents gave me a guitar!

Not even including any gifts, it was the best Christmas ever. My family -- immediate and some aunts and uncles and cousins -- had an amazing conversation about religion and the Catholic Church, what it means to our family, and what difficulties we've had with it.
let me come over it's a beautiful day to play with you in the dark

I got a fantastic scarf from one of my best friends that she had carefully knitted herself. It's beautiful and incredibly soft. touched

Among other things she also got me the special edition DVD of Jazz On A Summer's Day, which is an amazing recording of a jazz festival in Newport in the 50's featuring all the greats at the peak of their abilities.

I got an really cool science book from 1748 from my sister. It's a first edition in excellent condition, which deals with topics such as "Empirical studies of hatching chickens in ovens" and "Study of the incongriencies of Jupiter's moons which they mutually cause because of their gravitational forces".

Also from my sister I got a set of LPCD-Rs, which is CDs made in a new type of ultra-resistant material that is basically unscratchable and looks like vinyl...

I got a bunch of great things from my parents including a headset for Skype-use, two cool board games, music editing software and a one-of-a-kind shirt/jacket they bought in Paris. woot!
