After 20 years of watching these films I think all six have their merits. In my opinion, they are all "good" films, but "Empire" and "Sith" are the best of the lot.
Here is my overrall rating: 1) The Empire Strikes Back 2) Revenge of the Sith 3) Return of the Jedi 4) A New Hope 5) Attack of the Clones 6) The Phantom Menace (Liam Neeson makes this one watchable and the back story and pod race isn't too bad; obviously geared towards kids though and lacking the depth of the other films) .
