Guys i need some advice real quick. I just had to go get a mate after a night out and he thinks he has been spiked.....thinks its ecsatsy..MDMA...any advice on immediate care would be much appreciated.

Yeah that is what i said and he said he is 100% sure its MDMA..he's dropped em before but he is pretty off it and it's a bit scary i will give it 15 more mins and if he is no better its off to hospital

The risk is heart attack. Tell him not to worry (as much as possible). He will feel it for 24 hours at least. The best is to go to a doc, in a hospital they're supposed to cure, not to judge.

Indeed. Call an ambulance or take him to hopsital. Keep an eye on him in the meantime.

Water, a restful, quiet environment surrounded by people he knows and trusts. But above ALL else - if in ANY doubt, call 999. E and MDMA can come on in waves - sometimes overwhelmingly so. You may find in 20-30 mins he seems fine and quite 'together' again after being 'talked down'.

Guys thanks so much..the ambulance crew have just left he is ok coming down now ....his heart rate is still 120 but they say he will sleep it off and is ok
